What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message (plus optional company and phone). Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Newsletter subscriptions — your email address, used only to send the newsletter. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Analytics (consent-based) — with your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel collect usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to help us improve the site. These load only after you accept the cookie banner; declining keeps the site fully functional.
• Cookieless performance metrics — Vercel Web Analytics collects aggregate, anonymous performance data without cookies or personal identifiers.

Cookies

We set one first-party cookie to remember your consent choice (kept for 12 months). Analytics cookies from Google and Meta are set only after you accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site — the banner will ask again.

Where your data lives

Form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are stored in our Supabase database with access restricted to authenticated Tensorbot staff. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@tensorbot-innovations.com and we'll action it promptly.
