Train for the future of AI & Robotics

Tensor Academy is Tensorbot's education division — a structured training pathway that takes you from your first bootcamp to an industry internship, building real skills on real projects alongside the engineers who ship real products.

/ the ecosystem connection /

Not a training program. A pipeline.

When you study at Tensor Academy, you're not just getting a certificate. You're entering a pipeline that connects directly to active research labs and real product teams.

  1. 1Academy trains the best students
  2. 2Tensor Labs selects top graduates as Tensor Fellows for live R&D projects
  3. 3Tensor Fellows' work feeds Tensorbot Innovations' products and client solutions
  4. 4Clients and real-world feedback inform what the Academy teaches next

/ the pathway /

From curious learner to industry-ready engineer.

A progressive journey — not a one-off course. Each stage builds on the last, taking a student from exposure to employment.

  1. 012–3 hours

    Bootcamp

Interest-seeding sessions for students who are curious but haven't committed to a domain. Free or sponsored by partner colleges.

Confidence to take the next step

  2. 025–10 days

    Workshop

Practical, focused skill-building on a specific technology — hands-on exposure beyond the college curriculum.

    A working mini-project

  3. 0330–60 days

    Course

Deep-dive, project-based courses in core AI and robotics disciplines — delivered by Tensorbot engineers.

A real project portfolio + Tensor Fellows eligibility

  4. 0490–120 days

    Tensor Fellows

Top course graduates are brought into Tensor Labs as Tensor Fellows — embedded in live R&D projects alongside the core engineering team.

    Real-world R&D experience that ships

  5. 05Outcome

    Industry Ready

Graduates emerge with the skill profile hiring managers in AI, robotics, and embedded systems actively look for — with certification, mentorship, and career guidance.

    Portfolio + certification + references

/ why here /

Why Tensor Academy.

Learn from practitioners

Every instructor is an active engineer building real products — not a career trainer.

Project-based from day one

No passive theory. You build something in every stage.

Direct pathway to R&D

Top students are selected for Tensor Fellows — the only internship where you work on live Tensor Labs R&D projects.

Certified and career-supported

Complete the program with a portfolio, a certification, and a reference from the team.

/ tensor fellows /

Most internships put you in the back row. Tensor Fellows puts you in the build.

Tensor Fellows is the competitive internship program that sits at the top of the Tensor Academy pathway. A small cohort of top course graduates are selected each intake and embedded into live R&D projects at Tensor Labs — working on real client POCs, mentored by real engineers, building things that actually ship.

If you complete a Tensor Academy course, you're eligible to apply. If you're selected, you're no longer a student. You're a Fellow — and the work starts immediately.

What Fellows get

  • Live R&D experience on real client projects inside Tensor Labs
  • Mentorship from Tensorbot's core engineering team
  • A project portfolio entry with verifiable, client-backed outcomes
  • Tensor Fellow certification on completion
  • Access to Tensor Labs — the premium R&D environment within the Tensorbot ecosystem
  • Tensor Fellows earn T-Coins inside Tensor Labs — a performance-based reward currency redeemable for cash, tools, and more.
  • Priority consideration for full roles at Tensorbot Innovations and partner companies
  • A reference from the Tensor Labs team

How to become a Fellow

  1. 1Complete a Tensor Academy course (any discipline)
  2. 2Receive an evaluation score above the selection threshold
  3. 3Apply to the Tensor Fellows program
  4. 4Interview with the Tensor Labs team
  5. 5Join the next cohort

Finish the course. Earn the fellowship.

Applications reviewed per cohort intake.
